Out-of-hours & emergency call-outs

Outside normal hours and on weekends we run a reduced emergency service for urgent boiler breakdowns, loss of heating, and major leaks. The call-out rate is higher and is payable in advance. We will always confirm the total before we dispatch an engineer.
