Manufacturers Warranty

12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.



 

Extended Warranty

Replacement boilers may have the warranty extended for an additional charge dependant on the make and model, up to 15 years lifetime warranties are available.

 

 

Instant Plumbing Warranty

New installations 12 months from signing at completion date

Repairs and breakdowns to old appliances or services, 3 months labour warranty and 12 months parts warranty (if supplied by us), from the date of repair.

 

 

Repairs outside Labour Warranty

Parts will be replaced under manufacturers warranty if within 12 months. Labour will be chargeable at the rates in place at the time of request.
